Our perfect spacious home is ideal for families or couples off all ages. Double glazed and central heating. Consisting off master bedroom with ensuite, double wardrobe, dressing table and TV. Twin room offers two single beds, wardrobe and TV/DVD. Modern open plan kitchen/diner, kitchen consists of gas oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer, ninja airfryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Living area consisting off TV, fire and pull out sofa bed. Twin French doors leading to decking with provided garden furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Main bathroom consists of W/C, double shower, wash basin and storage/medicine cabinet. Enjoy complimentary coffee/tea/sugar and milk on arrival. Our holiday home is cleaned at the end of each stay and fresh linen prepared prior to your arrival. Please note bath/Beach towels NOT provided. The holiday home is exclusively yours for the period of booking. A short walk from the holiday home provides an entertainment complex, with daily activities and nightly entertainment, Starland crew for the younger members off your family. Resturant, bar, indoor swimming pool, arcade,2 x outdoor play areas, shop, takeaway and laundrette. The holiday home is available all year although entertainment complex is only open for the holiday season - mid March till end of Oct. Entertainment passes can be purchased from reception. The holiday home has allocated parking for one car. Please do not park on grass. Access to the home is via key safe lock. Directions and entry code will be sent to you a few days prior to your holiday. This is a nonsmoking home, pets considered with maxium off 2 x dogs. It is unsuitable for subletting. 10 mph speed limit around the park with NO ev charger available on site please Do NOT charge from the home. The site offers 24 hour security and maintenance.
