The back bedroom offers a Full size black iron bed, large dresser, full length mirror in the closet, a bench, and a convenient dedicated work space. The Living Room has a large comfortable sleeper (Queen) sofa, a chaise lounger, and Smart Roku TV so you can log into various apps/networks to stream your favorite shows. Full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience, along with an iron, ironing board, and drying rack. This house features the perfect sized kitchen, with all new soft-close cabinets, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The cabinets are equipped with most any cookware, dinnerware and drinkware you might need including some fun mugs. There is also a Keurig/Drip Coffee Maker combo unit for you to choose from with some various pods as well as traditional Folgers, regular and decaf. Or select from the tea varieties, or some hot chocolate (offered in cold months) for a sweeter option. The tranquil bathroom features a tub & shower unit, tile floor, cabinet space for your toiletries, as well as some complimentary ones if you forget some basics.
