Welcome to Golden House. This is a newly-built house in a safe and well-maintained community. In addition to the common amenities like TV and appliance, you can definitely have fun with our foosball table! Location: It is only 10~15min drive to UC Davis and. 7-min drive to Costco. 15 min drive to Sac International Airport. Walmart neighborhood market is walkable or 3-min drive. You can easily connect to CA-113 and I-5. Bus stops are in walking distance. Guest access Guests can access to first floor, where the common space and their bedroom/bathroom are, and the laundry room on second floor only.
