The space An ideal cottage for group stays La Source de nos Racines is above all a place of nature and sharing, perfectly suited for family stays, holidays with friends or nature getaways, hikers, cyclists, bikers and riders. Ground floor: Friendly living spaces The ground floor consists of two large warm rooms, designed for comfort and conviviality: - Large library lounge with books, board games, turntable, relaxation area and children's area. - Equipped kitchen and friendly dining room, with wood burning stove in winter and views of the horse pastures. Extra sleeping space for 2 people in the living room, ideal for large groups. Floor: 3 bedrooms, 3 universes A slightly sloping staircase leads upstairs, bringing authentic charm to the old barn. The gîte has three large bedrooms, carefully decorated with rustic themes, offering calm and comfort: - La Clef des Champs: Room for 4 people, floral and bucolic atmosphere. - Le Chant des Oiseaux: Bedroom for 4 people, green tones and soft atmosphere. - La Cavalière: Bedroom for 2 people, elegant equestrian universe mixing wood and leather. Each room is equipped with: - Premium bedding - Quality bed and bath linens - Private bathroom in each bedroom (Baby cot available on request) Guest access Exteriors: Nature and relaxation Enjoy a large terrace and a large wooded garden, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing moments. Vegetable garden, horses and bocage trails in the immediate vicinity offer an ideal setting for hikers, cyclists and riders or simply enjoy the calm of the countryside. Welcome for hikers: - Large free and secure enclosed parking for motorcyclists - Secure room for bicycles (upon request) - Adjacent pastures for horses (temporary paddocks possible - equipment to be provided) - Access to rainwater for horses Modular barn (optional): An inspiring, friendly and adaptable space according to your needs, available on request and with surcharge as appropriate, is offered to accommodate: - workshops, yoga, dance, meetings, etc. - private or professional events (prior visit required). Equipment: video projector, bar with beer pump, dance floor, meeting board. Heating provided by a service provider in winter.
