It will be refunded after check out and after confirmation of our maintenance that the unit was left clean, organized and no missing/broken items. 🏊‍♀️ Manmade Beach/Wavepool requires registration and a separate fee, handled by the condo admin. Registration booth is located at the back of Miami Tower (can be seen from Hiraya Pod balcony) . PLEASE wear proper swimming attire. 🕒 Self check-in: From 2:00 PM onward 🕚 Check-out: By 12: 00 PM the next day ⚡️ We use Instant Book — no need to wait for approval. Just reserve and we’ll guide you right away! 🧼 Towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided. 🍳 Light cooking only (Electric stove, fridge, utensils included). Heavy cooking is not allowed. 🚫 No pets, and no parties inside the unit. ✅Smoking is permitted at the balcony 🪪 Please bring a valid government-issued ID for Azure registration. 👥 Guest Limit: Maximum of 4 adults + 1 child (3ft and below).
