Guest access •Guest Can enjoy a walk in "forest Trail" which is in the property itself. •Guest Have an open access to kitchen & kitchen appliances as per there requirement & timings during the stay •Guest can immerse into a natural mountain stream in monsoon season which is in the peripheri of 300mtrs (Caretaker will guide all guest to that spot to enjoy) •Guest can have free WiFi connection throughout their stay & as a host I always try my level best to provide it but ; as the location is remotely situated you may face interruptions due to climatical conditions such as heavy rains,winds, sometimes on going maintenance etc. Other things to note •Charges are inclusive of "Overnight Stay for 8 People Max" and mentioned amenities. For Meals Guest can choose following options •Option 1:- (Self Cooking) A basic Kitchen & Kitchen Appliances are provided. Feel free to use Kitchen area & Appliances to prepare your meals. This option is available with No extra cost. (Kitchen is attached to the main hall itself, if guest want to cook own their own they have an access of kitchen in the same villa anytime during their stay) •Option 2:- (Ready Meals & BBQ Service) Caretaker will take care of the food preparations & Serve you at its Best He will use the same kitchen which is in the villa. This package Includes on chargeable basis 1,400/- Per Person • High Tea/Coffee with Snacks (Available Multiple Times as per requirement) • Evening BBQ Starters (Veg/ NonVeg) • Home Cooked Dinner (Veg/ NonVeg) • Home Cooked Breakfast (Veg) Kindly Confirm your "Meal Option 1" Or "Meal Option 2" after your Booking confirmation •As this place is remotely situated, the guest who are coming from Mumbai or lonavala they have to face a rough road for about 15 to 20kms, although road conditions are accessible for all types of cars & bikes. • Guest who all are coming from Pune, the road conditions are very good.. majority of road is of concrete & 11 kms of smooth tar road. last one km of road is rough but it is commutable for all types of vechiles. •This villa has a washroom which is attached to main entrance hall at the ground floor. there is no washroom on mezzanine floor. (second washroom is located outside this villa, very close just 15 to 20 steps away)
