The space This is my primary residence, meaning you will be staying in a traditional Airbnb setting that embraces the shared space concept. I kindly ask that you respect my home and everyone in it by following the straightforward house rules (please read and agree to the House Rules section before booking). Your room is located on the first floor, and we will share the kitchen, living room, half bath, and patio. However, your private room is so well-appointed that you may not want to leave! Guests will have access to one bedroom and a full bathroom shared with other guests, located in the hallway next to your room (not inside). Please note that no extra guests or visitors are allowed. Guests will receive a smart lock code for the main entrance of the house. During your stay This is my home, where I live alone, so you will share the common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, with me when I am in town. Please note that no additional guests or visitors are permitted. Other things to note This beautiful home is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Hobby Airport and less than 10 miles from downtown. It’s situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and you will have access to a private parking space.
