Guest access Kindly note that the entrance is on Upper Rhine Road. You will notice an orange Electricity box from the City of Cape Town. Once you are in, you will see the Reception sign and take the stairs on your right-hand side. Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. Please note: there is free parking on a first-come-first-served basis. Other things to note - To ensure a smooth check-in, please confirm your arrival time as soon as possible. Early check-ins are available upon request and depend on availability. - Our building is strictly non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you’d like to smoke, please step out to the uncovered parking area/street. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone! -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. - The units are serviced daily. If you'd prefer not to have your unit cleaned, please pop the ‘Snoozing/No Service’ sign on the door and send us a quick message. - Linen changes need to be requested by 14:00 the day before. If no request is made, linens will automatically be changed on every 8th day of your stay. Please note that the pool & rooftop are currently undergoing repairs and are not available for use. There may be some noise disturbances.
