Near historic downtown AND parks, our cozy upstairs-only suite offers a private space with its own entrance & locked doors separating it from the owner occupied downstairs unit. Your space includes 2 king bedrooms, a large bathroom, plus a living room & small kitchenette. Enjoy outdoor dining, fire pit, & pool access (Memorial Day-Labor Day). 1 mi from historic Carrollton square w/ unique shopping & dining. 1200 ft. from a Greenbelt entrance. GREAT LOCATION! The space This rental includes the private and spacious upstairs portion of the house, only. You’ll have a private entrance to the house and a parking spot in the driveway for one vehicle. Additional parking is available on the street if needed. You’ll have sole access to the entire 2nd floor of this beautifully maintained home, as well as access to the fenced in backyard, fire pit, and large in-ground swimming pool (pool access Memorial Day through Labor Day). To access the peaceful and private backyard, if you’re facing the home, the gate entrance will be in the side yard on your left. The home is located in a nice, quiet, established neighborhood, centrally located to everything great Carrollton has to offer! If location is everything, then this is where you want to be! The home is about an hour from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and about 45 minutes to an hour from all that downtown Atlanta has to offer. More locally than that, the home is located 1 mile from the UWG campus, SouthWire, and Tanner Hospital. You’ll also be 1 mile from the charming and historic Carrollton Square with LOTS of unique and delicious local dining options, art galleries, breweries, and boutiques. Even closer than that are your green space options! You’ll be a short walk away from a Greenbelt entrance (17 mile paved loop walking/biking trail through Carrollton), and an even shorter walk away from Longview Park. At Longview, you’ll find a playground, soccer field, picnic pavilions, horseshoe pits, a paved walking trail, an awesome dog park, AND newly renovated Pickleball courts!!! We have Pickleball paddles and balls available for your use in the small cabinet near the front door. We have puzzles and various other games in the white cabinet at the top of the steps. Help yourself! Inside the rental, you’ll find the space has been thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each of the 2 spacious and stylish king bedrooms has been outfitted with comfortable king mattresses, soft bedding, smart TV’s, convenient luggage stands, wireless chargers, and dedicated work spaces. In the living space you’ll find a kitchenette stocked with all the essentials and a few thoughtful extras. Coffee and tea choices will be provided in the caddy next to the Keurig. There’s a dining table with comfortable seating for 4. In the cozy living room space, you’ll find another large smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and hanging on the wall, an acoustic guitar beckoning for you to play it. Go for it! Strum away! In the large, newly renovated bathroom, you’ll feel like you’re at the spa with plenty of plush towels, 2 robes, and lots of luxurious bath and body wash products to choose from. Guest access Carrollton’s Coziest is a self-contained living space with spacious bedrooms, large full bathroom, well appointed kitchenette, living room/dining room area, and private entrance. Guests have access to the upstairs, backyard, fire pit area, and pool area (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Guests can come and go as they wish and the upstairs is well insulated from our living space on the main floor of the home. Guests will have complete privacy indoors, and hosts will not use the front entrance to the house when guests are present. We honor and respect the privacy of our guests. While it is not necessary for us to meet guests during their stay, we are usually on the property or are in town and are happy for them to introduce themselves or reach out to us should they need anything while they are here. Texting works great if needed.
