The construction trailer once belonged to a friend of mine who went into the world. I have lovingly restored it and furnished it functionally. You have sockets and a small well-stocked kitchen with two hotplates and a fridge. There is water from a 20 l canister and some drinking water faucets on the property to refill. The wagon is not really well insulated, which means it can get quite warm in the midday heat and cool during the nights. At first, we didn't rent it out at all in winter. It then takes a little more wood to heat the construction trailer with the stove into the cuddle mode. For a cozy evening you should get there with a bag. There are hot water bottles, lots of blankets and of course the sauna. It is also heated with wood. For an extensive sauna evening, you need about 2 bags. If you travel by car, it would be helpful if you bring the wood. Otherwise you can get some from me, I just pass it on to the hardware store price. At the moment, the bag of wood or 10 kg of wooden briquettes costs me 5 euros. Bedding and bedding is there, only you would have to make the beds yourself. Towels and hot water bottles are also provided. I do not charge a cleaning fee. That's why I want you to leave the car about as clean as it was before, especially the kitchen and stove and that you strip the bedding and sheets again. Guest access The property is large and the garden is endless. You can move anywhere freely. Next to the trailer is a composting toilet and a few steps further a garden shower. If you want something more comfortable, you can use the sanitary facilities on the farm. There you can take a hot shower and flush the toilet with water. On the farm, mostly on weekends and in the summer months, I rent out a larger apartment with up to 16 guests, who also use the sanitary rooms and sauna. I myself also live on the property in the old mill. If you need Wi-Fi, you are welcome to sit in the courtyard, where you have reception. Other things to note If the wind is unfavorable, it happens that you hear the excavator. It's not so loud now that you can't sleep but I want to say. At the weekend, it stands still. At weekends it is very quiet at all, while you can often hear a truck passing by during the day during the week. The road is not that far away. If you are looking for total silence, you may be a little disappointed during the week. Chickens run on the farm. This has the advantage that you can sometimes get fresh eggs from me. Just ask.
