The Cozy Cottage At Grateful Meadows

Welcome to Grateful Meadows, a non-profit farm animal sanctuary. This cozy cottage is nestled at the forest's edge. Wake up to the serene view of rescued donkeys grazing in the meadow. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and enjoy a few nights at this tranquil sanctuary. The space While staying at Grateful Meadows you're welcome to meet the rescued residents or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility of our sanctuary. The full private BATHROOM is not in the cottage. The bathroom is in the Guest Lounge (the basement of the Hosts House). The Guest Lounge also has a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, hotplate, & griddle), billiards table, darts, & games. This area is only used by guests staying in the cottage. The hosts (Jonathan & Victoria) live onsite but have separate living areas. There are no shared indoor spaces. The pool and pool deck are the only shared outdoor spaces. The saltwater pool is open from July 1 to August 31. PET POLICY: friendly, well-behaved, & potty trained pets are welcome. We have a $75 fee per pet. Be sure to include your pet in your reservation. Yep, cats and exotic companion animals are cool too. Please note this cottage is in the country. WIFI is not always reliable, and streaming can be slow. If binge-watching Netflix is your perfect vacay, unfortunately, we are not the perfect getaway for you. If playing cards, reading a book, or being in nature is your ideal vacation, then we've got you covered. Guest access Guest have access to the Guest Lounge (the basement of the Host House). The Basement/Lounge has a: -Full private Bathroom for Cottage Guest only -Kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, hotplate, griddle, dishes, & utensils) for Cottage Guest only -Projector, billiards, books & games - The saltwater pool & pool deck are shared with the hosts. The pool's open JULY 1st until August 31. Other things to note You do not need to be vegan to stay with us but we do ask that out of respect to the residents and our mission, do NOT bring animal products with you. We greatly appreciate you respecting our sanctuary. We require a TWO Night minimum for Friday and Saturday check-ins.
