Small villa on Lake Wolzig

Less than an hour's drive from Berlin, directly on Lake Wolzig, lies the sleepy Kolberg. There is a playground with a cable car, next to it a restaurant, a beach and of course the Spitzberg, on which the small villa is hidden. Those who find their way here will be rewarded with plenty of nature and tranquility. Old pines grow around the house, between which hammocks often hang, and at night you can sometimes hear an owl or see shooting stars; perfect for couples or families (+dog) The space The large garden can be used for yoga sessions, retreats, dinner at a long table, games, workshops or circle. Of course, you can also camp here. The house itself is simply and cozily furnished. There are three bedrooms (see below for layout), a conservatory with a large dining table, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a balcony. In addition to all the necessary utensils, the equipment also includes bicycles, SUPs and a dinghy. The rooms are divided as follows: Downstairs: Room 1: double bed (120 cm) Sunroom: sofa bed (with slatted base) Upstairs: Room 2: two single beds (one behind the other, see photo) Room 3: double bed (140 cm) (An extra bed can be provided in each room) Other things to note The offer is valid for two people. For each additional person there is an additional €20 (bring additional bed linen if necessary).
