Private Ensuite Room+Parking near Newcastle City

A spacious double room with an en-suite has its own entrance is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to a bus station, Freeman Hospital, DWP, Northumbria University Coach Lane Campus, Paddy Freeman Park & Jesmond Dene, pubs, cafes, local shops and walking distance to Metro and supermarkets. The room has access to the main house, however, it will remain locked during your stay. If you need anything specifically, please knock on the main house. We are happy to help. The space You have your own ensuite in a newly refurbished room, off road parking and your own front door. It is equipped with a small double bed, bedding, towel, additional blanket, TV, unlimited free wifi, mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, hairdryer, iron and board, wardrobe and complimentary tea and coffee. The room has access to the main house, however, it will remain locked during your stay. Guest access The en-suite room has its own private entrance hence no need to come through the house. Parking on the front driveway or visitor parking permit on the street. Self check-in. The lockbox is on the right side of the wall of the entrance. During your stay I like to say hello in person but, keep to myself otherwise. Other things to note The Airbnb room can access the main house however, the door will be locked during your stay. We have 3 school aged kids so some noise is expected. The room is attached to our kitchen and we are preparing, cooking, doing chores in the morning after 7 and between 5 to 6 in the evening. There is a room and bathroom above the Airbnb room which are in use so you may hear footsteps and water running. If you are sensitive to noise, this room wouldn't be for you! Of course, we try to be as quiet as possible at night.
