A queen bed with AC in the bedroom & living room, ensuite, big living/meals area/kitchen & fenced garden with views over the neighbouring farms all to yourself as there will be no other guests in the house. The rear of the house will be closed off so you won't have access to the back 2 bedrooms, the second bathroom or laundry. The space Airbnb is very different to a hotel or motel. We offer the house to guests who want a pleasant and homely place to stay but understand that we don't have staff. We manage and clean ourselves and so we don't charge the usual expensive management and cleaning fees we simply ask that the house is tidied after your stay. It's best to think of Airbnb as if you are staying at a friend’s holiday home. - Fantastic cool afternoon sea breezes in summer. - Wood heater in the living room for the cooler months from Easter to Melb Cup. - 4G mobile phone reception on most of the property and fast Wi-Fi. We live on the property 100m away so are usually available if you need us. As with any rural property there’s always work to do so you may see us around during business hours 7 days a week, usually to or from the farm shed or veggie garden.
