Equipped with an Adult Swing, 4 poster copper cage vintage bed, a soundproof playroom made up red velvet walls and mirrors on ceilings. Features a professional stripper pole room. You also have the use of our custom Play Queen Robes and all of The Red Room Amenities you see in the photos. This is the Ultimate Place to Play & Explore to wherever your desires take you. Situated in an apartment in the West Midlands. The space A Sercurity deposit of £100 is required before you can gain access to the property as an insurance for damages & missing items. This will be refunded within 48 hours of check out via bank transfer provided there are no damages or missing items etc. It’s also available for MEDIA filming and content hire as well as Photoshoots. This property can sleep up to 4 guests, it has 1 play room and a 1 bed room but the play room bed can be converted into a normal sleeping bed. If you’re booking for more than 2 guests please request additional bedding for this upon booking as this will need to be arranged pre hand. if you require an earlier check-in time we maybe able to offer this but it can only be done on the day due our cleaning schedule etc but please don’t hesitate to ask. Guest access The Apartment is located above a row of shops. Guests will gain access via a Self Check-In Service. We also maybe able to offer an earlier check in but this is something we can only do on the day. The Keys to the property will be located in a Master key coded box. The code will be sent to you once the deposit has been paid. You will be sent all the reverent check in information before you arrive. Please note an instruction videos will also be sent to you guiding you along your way. Other things to note There is a Chinease takeaway, Pub, Breakfast Cafe and a Local Convenience Store on your door step.
