Welcome to Victoria my spacious family home situated just moments from stunning Malabar beach. Set over 3 floors, and featuring a beautiful self-contained pool house, my place is perfect for kicking back with a large group of friends or family, whilst making forever memories. Victoria is conveniently positioned next to Randwick golf club, perfect for active travellers. The space Victoria features clean lines and plenty of space for your stay. Enter on ground level, which features a large reception area with piano for the music enthusiasts among you. There's also a set of clubs if you'd like to check out the local golf club at the end of the street. Please ensure you look after my items :) The first queen room is on this level, with ample storage for your belongings. A reading chair is included, alongside luxury bedding and shutters for a great night's rest. The single room is next door, this room has both a wardrobe and a desk. A bookcase sparks interest for your stay. This room also includes luxury linen and bedding. Next door to this room is a full bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bath. Eco conscious refillable toiletries are provided for your use. A further queen en-suite features on this level. This room has shutters and a leafy outlook, aiding relaxation on a comfortable bed. Walk through into a large and spacious bathroom with twin sink, toilet and shower. Through the bathroom is my yoga room. Roll out a mat or grab a surf board and head down to the beach. There's plenty of storage in this room for your suitcases and any extra luggage. Walk up to the first floor to my first open plan living space. This area features a lounging/reading area with a pair of comfortable sofa's for your leisure. There is dining for up to 8 people at a large table with comfortable chairs, perfect for breakfast gatherings. This area opens out onto my first balcony which looks onto our quiet street. There's a pair of sun chairs for taking in the morning sky with a cup of coffee. There's also bench seating with a dining table for al fresco casual dining. The kitchen features in this open plan space and has absolutely everything you might need for a homely stay. Down a small number of stairs you'll enter my lounge room. This space is perfect for lounging with a large oversized, luxury sofa and smart TV. Surround speakers feature for your entertainment needs. If you'd rather turn off the devices, pick up a book to unwind with from my bookshelf. Please make sure you return these to their homes before you leave. Walk up the stairs to the third floor and our king master en-suite room with ocean views. This space is the grown up retreat, with a balcony perfect for morning meditation or yoga whilst breathing in the sea air. A large full bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet is adjoined to the room in a beautiful open plan design. This leads to a large walk in wardrobe and dressing room which also has a dedicated workspace, with a view of the pool. Back down the stairs and directly off the lounge area is our large deck, this has dining and lounging for up to 8. A heater for winter and a BBQ for all year around. Our pool is perfect for a dip on a hot day or after a trip to the beach. Relax with loungers and cool down on your stay. At the back of the property overlooking the pool is our self contained granny flat. This space is swathed in golden afternoon light. A queen bed and open plan living with a small lounge and desk space makes this the perfect retreat. An en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower completes this space.
