I've always unblocked the reservations within a few minutes, which is the case for me. We are also guests in accommodations from time to time and find it very annoying that many hosts either never confirm or do or reject it very late after multiple inquiries, sometimes with and without giving the reasons. In our opinion, guests should be allowed to have certainty that they either agree to their reservation request promptly or, perhaps, to reject them quickly and why. We are also annoyed by so-called "orphaned" accounts. For me as a super host, this is also a higher risk with the automatic release. Since April 2025, we have occasionally offered the space of this great apartment for appreciative people. Due to our philosophy and also for legal reasons, we want to do without WiFi and TV. The apartment is also designed for long-term stays. So recently there is also a washing machine directly in the bathroom. We ourselves live very often in our great apartment. However, when we are away, we are also happy to let appreciative people use them, including to create more living space. If the apartment is left impeccably, you will receive this 50 euro deposit back from us back to your IBAN. Studio, quite spacious with a bunk bed/bunk bed for adults and a single bed that is also theoretically usable as a simple small double bed. In addition, a pull-out sofa bed is available. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 3 people. The quiet balcony invites you to linger, beautiful kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, dining table with cozy corner bench, cozy armchair, bathroom with bathtub and parking in front of the house. In addition, there is a small cozy sitting area in front of the apartment door on the veranda with beautiful views. Directly assigned parking space at your doorstep. Also ideal for public transport: Just a very short walk from our apartment to the big train station Attlang-Puchheim. Guest access The apartment is completely at the guests disposal! I am an Airbnb beginner, active as a host in Germany since July 2023. Active in Vorarlberg since April 2024 and here in beautiful Upper Austria since April 2025. I leave our great premises to appreciative people. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as it was found when you leave.
