The space BEDROOMS This charming A-frame home has 3 cozy bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The home is ideal for a family getaway or a small group looking to relax in comfort. Bedroom 1 – Located on the first floor, this primary bedroom features a plush Queen bed. It's warm design and easy accessibility make it a convenient and restful retreat. Bedroom 2 – Upstairs you'll find a bright and comfortable bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 – Also on the second floor, this bedroom features a cozy Full bed and a smart TV. BATHROOMS The home includes 2 clean and well-maintained bathrooms. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to ensure a hassle-free stay. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, from simple breakfasts to hearty dinners. Whether you're whipping up a snack or hosting a casual dinner, this kitchen has you covered. The living room is a warm and inviting space to unwind, complete with a cozy fireplace and a smart TV. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
