Nestled at the top of Catherine Hill, our newly renovated ground-floor flat offers the perfect base for exploring Frome's historic charm. This prime location provides immediate access to the celebrated Frome Independent Market and a wealth of independent boutiques, cafes, eateries, and art spaces. The space The apartment comfortably accommodates 2-4 guests. Please note, there is an additional fee for use of the sofa bed. This recently renovated ground-floor apartment offers a spacious and airy feel, enhanced by Victorian sash windows. Upon entering from the street into a shared hallway, the apartment is the first door on the right. A dedicated area for coats and shoes welcomes you. The kitchen, located to the right, is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, extractor fan, induction hobs, and all necessary cooking utensils. The dining room, which also serves as a sitting room, features a comfortable leather recliner, a lamp, repurposed shelves, a dining table with a bench and three chairs, and cozy blankets. A fold-out double bed is available if needed. A short hallway leads to the double bedroom (right) and the bathroom (left). The bedroom includes a cupboard for hanging clothes, a ladder for garments, shelves for books, and a handmade paper pendant light. The bathroom features a bathtub, an integrated shower with an extra pressure valve, and a touch light-up makeup mirror. The entire flat has been newly renovated, including new windows and blinds made of vintage 100% linen. Guest access Although we don’t have private parking there is plenty of free parking on Selwood Road outside the flat and around. Due to being so central you can easily explore Frome by foot and Frome station is 12 mins walk away. Other things to note We live around the corner from flat so should you need anything we can assist with ease. It’s a neighbourly area so more of a friendly and family feel is requested. No a party house please :) Please note there will be an additional fee to use the Sofa bed.
