You’ll be staying on the first floor, which has its own private entrance, ensuring a cozy retreat just for you. Please note that the garden on the ground level is NOT accessible to guests, but we hope you enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. Other things to note Check-in / Check-out - • We have a strict check-in-out policy. Guests can check in anytime after 1pm are expected to check out by 10 am. • Half-day charge will be applicable in case of a delay in checking out. • Prior intimation/permission is required for late checkout and early check-in's. • Please share a soft copy of the ID's of everyone staying in the property (address proof) upon booking. We're requested to keep it on file by the local police. Kitchen - • The Villa has a kitchenette equipped with an induction stove, microwave, hot water kettle, water filter, and basic cutlery. • We do not cook, serve, organise food/meals. Many restaurants are at a walkable distance from the villa. RainTree restaurant, which is next door serves hot food on order to the Villa. • Swiggy and Zomato services are available through which you can directly order food to the property. Property Damage • Guests will be responsible for any damage they cause to the property. Monsoon Alert - We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience during your visit. While we try to anticipate and address any unforeseen circumstances, there are times when unexpected events, such as heavy rains, may occur due to the onset of the monsoons in Coorg. In such situations, there is a possibility of trees or power lines falling down, which could temporarily impact certain facilities in the whole district or ceiling-tiled roofs being displaced which may result in small leaks. Rest assured, we will make every effort to promptly resolve any issues that may arise. However, please understand that in some cases, it may take until the next day to fully revive. Please don't rearrange our furniture, don't eat in the bedrooms, and clean up after yourself. Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. This is a SELF-SERVICED property. Please clean up after yourself. Cleaning service can be provided on request for an additional fee, please let us know in advance. For guests who are on a long stay, we will provide free cleaning services every 3 days. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you can smoke in the balcony/outdoor areas. Please keep in mind that this is a homestay and do not expect services and facilities that of a hotel. Please treat our house and staff with the same respect as you would do your own home. Security Camera: We've mentioned about the CCTV cameras under the security details sections on Airbnb. The primary purpose of the camera is to ensure the safety and security of our guests, deter unauthorized access, and address any potential concerns promptly. We fully respect your privacy.
