Guests have residential parking right next to the building for a fee of €4 per day (parking is free on weekends and holidays). Just a few minutes walk from the apartment there is a public transport stop, a bike path, as well as a train and bus station. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Technical University (TUKE) and several faculties of the University of Prešov, cafes, restaurants and groceries. For shopping lovers, Novum shopping malls are within walking distance (about 5 minutes walk). The larger shopping malls Eperia Shopping Mall and Solivaria are about 2 km away. The apartment is ideal for couples, individuals and business trips and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 guests. Hallway – a spacious entrance hallway welcomes you with a practical hanger, shoe rack and a large mirror. Comfortable slippers are provided as a nice touch for guests. Kitchen – stylishly furnished and fully equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, fridge with freezer, and a complete set of dishes. It also includes a premium DeLonghi Magnifica coffee machine and a kettle, which will provide you with everything you need for carefree preparation of delicious meals and a perfect cup of coffee. Bathroom - The stylish industrial-style bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Fresh towels, shampoo, soap and hair dryer are provided to make you feel at home. Other things to note Parking is available right next to the building. Parking is free during weekends and holidays. During working days, parking is charged 4€/day according to city rules. We can issue an invoice for your stay upon request. For guests traveling with children, we can provide a children's play area and a crib, which are available free of charge.
