This stylish place is perfect for a friend trip or small families. With lots of natural sunlight, this brand new apartment is ready for guests to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Located near orchards at the base of Santaquin Canyon and Pole Canyon. Enjoy fishing in the neighborhood pond, playing frisbee golf or testing your skills on the Ninja ropes course. Located 6 minutes from Rowley’s Red Barn and 24 minutes from Provo. The space You will have access with a keyless entry for your convenience. One bedroom with a king size bed and tv with streaming included on Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, & Amazon Prime. Washer and dryer with detergent pods and dryer sheets included. The living room has a queen size sofa bed as well as a tv with the same streaming services included. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fully stocked coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar. There are some games, toys, and books for your enjoyment as well. We live upstairs in the main part of the house with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. You may see them outside in the backyard. They are friendly, but there is also a small fence to separate the yard. We spend a majority of our time in the top level of our home. So you shouldn’t hear us too much. Guest access You will receive a door code for entry into the apartment. For easiest access, you can park on Red Butte Rd. Enter through the gate located behind the middle tree. There is additional parking in our driveway in front of our trailers, if you prefer to park there.
