The space The Space Brand new on Air Bnb, this is a beautiful and serene 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom adobe home with luxury details. 5 Beds total 10 ft ceilings, very comfortable king beds, 50" smart tv in 2 bedrooms, desks, coffee/tea set ups ini three locations. Coffee and tea provided! Great for small groups and families. OUTDOOR: This house sits on 2 acres planted with native plants and trees. There are several outdoor spaces to enjoy. The primary bedroom features a private patio with a chaise lounge and a table with chairs. There is also a large landscaped outdoor area with a lawn for you (and your pup!) to enjoy. There is a stone path to a large historic 1250 sq ft great for small events and dinners. KITCHEN: A true cook's kitchen. Commercial stove/oven, air fryer, toast oven, nutribullet, and many cooking and baking tools. We supply dish cleaning supplies and towels. KITCHENETTES: The upstairs has its own mini kitchen with mini fridge, toaster oven, and coffee kettle. The primary bedroom also has a mini fridge, coffee kettle and grinder. BEDROOMS: Both downstairs bedrooms are fit with King size bed. Ample closet space for hanging clothes. Elegant electric fireplace with realistic firelight to set the mood on colder evenings. Dedicated desk for working. Upstairs has a queen bed and two twin beds. A dedicated work space and dining table as well. BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms. Primary bedroom has a 2 person standing shower with natural stone accents and large sink with mirror. All bathrooms come with luxury towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap and amenities. Upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. ESSENTIALS: All basic essentials are provided during your stay. Clean sheets, pillows, towels, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash, body wash, dish soap, toilet paper and dish towels. Specialty whole bean coffee and amazingly sourced teas + coffee grinder provided. WIFI: Fast Wifi available for working. PETS: As we do allow pets we ask that you limit to 1 pets per stay. Please add pets to your stay under "Guest Total". An additional pet cleaning fee will be assessed. AIR: Central heating and cooling. THE BARN: Please inquire if you'd like to hold a small event, rehearsal dinner, etc in the barn. Additionally fees may apply. PARKING: There is ample street parking along with a gated driveway. Other things to note If you’d like to have an event in the Barn, please state so at the time of booking and we can work out a fee for that additional use.
