Right to Cancel Reservation or Gift Card Redemption Polo House and Bungalows reserves the right to cancel any reservation or decline a gift card redemption by providing written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. In such cases, all deposits or prepaid amounts, including any portion paid by gift card, will be refunded in full. No additional liability or compensation will be owed.
