Studio with terrace + private beach/kayaks

Come relax and recharge in this lovely 24 m² independent studio by the sea. You will have a 12 m² air-conditioned bedroom with closet, a 12 m² room with shower room/toilet and kitchen furniture as well as a small private terrace facing the lagoon to have your meals or relax. Access to a private beach ideal for swimming and free use of 2 kayaks to explore the islets. Also available: masks, snorkels and beach towels for snorkeling. The space The kitchen cabinet has a fridge, sink, induction hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, raclette and dishes for 2 people. You can prepare your meals or reheat dishes there. Access to the freezer and washing machine in the house if you wish. Free access to both kayaks: a 1-seater kayak and a 2-seater kayak. Very nice snorkeling possible a few dozen meters from the accommodation at the Les Isolés islets (2 masks and snorkels at your disposal) A closed individual garage is available for your vehicle. Guest access Access to the studio is via an independent external staircase, without going through our family home. At the entrance to the studio: a key box for self check-in and check-out. Going down into the garden of the villa, you can access the beach and the kayak garage. There is no time restriction and you can access the beach at any time. And if you want to arrive with your boat, it's possible! And you can use our mooring buoy that is in front of the accommodation, 100 meters from the shore, protected from the trade winds by the Les Isolés islets. For boats up to 2.5 tons maximum. There is about 2 meters of water at low tide. Other things to note The accommodation is minutes from Ouémo's shops and services: 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, wine shop, pizzeria etc. Promenade Vernier is a few minutes' walk via the mangrove walkway.
