A family home decorated by heart in a warm and cozy farmhouse style. An ideal for a family retreat. It is the last house on a no-through street which is quiet, peaceful and private. The house is located in an estate with a communal swimming pool and gym. The location of the house is out of the busy city whilst still has access to all the conveniences such as shopping mall, convenient stores, piers, tourist attractions such as elephant sanctuary park, Rabbit holes, cafes and more. The space The house has 3 bedrooms on the second floor. - The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. - The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. - Both bedrooms share the bathroom located on the same floor. - A work room with a large desk and a double seats sofa for a comfortable reading is located on the first floor. There is a kitchen equipped with a double cooktop electric stove, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a good size fridge as well as silverwares and kitchenware. The house has 1 television connected to Wi-Fi in the cozy living room downstairs next to the 6 seats dining table looking out to the side garden. The garage can park 2 cars. Cars are not allowed to park outside the house. All cars must be parking in the garage. Guests have access to communal swimming pool and gym. There are certain rules for shared space which is listed in detail below. Guest must also follow the rules at all time. Guest access Guest is welcomed to use the whole house during the stay. Guest must follow the following rules. - Please refrain from making excessive noises for music and chatting in the house and in common areas. - Please wear proper swimming attire when using the pool. - Please dress appropriately in common areas. - Smoking in common area is prohibited and only allowed in the garden the house. - Please do not litter and properly close garbage bags. (Garbage will be collected every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday early morning) - Speed limit for driving in the estate is 30 km/h. - Please follow the rules while using swimming pool and gym.
