Welcome to Little Miss Chandos! A cute and cosy character filled home nestled in the heart of Gunnedah. Our home is perfectly imperfect! This centrally located home marries old world charm with modern style and comfort. With extensive renovations recently completed, you'll enjoy high quality fixtures and furnishings, including comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, a large laundry, covered outdoor dining area, and off street parking. The space Little Miss Chandos has been transformed into a space that can comfortably host up to 6 people. The home has 3 light and bright bedrooms - one king bed, one queen bed and two king single beds (all bedrooms have airconditioning, ceiling fans, blinds and curtains). Relax in the lounge room with the smart tv, or cook up a storm in the kitchen, then enjoy dinner outside on the back patio or your morning coffee on the front porch. Perfect for families, couples and business travellers - not suitable for parties or gatherings of any kind. Children are welcome! The yard is fenced. Please read the full listing before booking. Guest access You will have full private access to the property, through the front door. You will be sent a PIN code for the electronic door lock the day of arrival for self check in. There is a locked garden shed in the rear corner of the backyard. There are also two double locked cupboards in the laundry which belong to the owner. There is still plenty of laundry storage. Park the car and walk and experience our beautiful town. A minute or two walk to local pubs, cafes, sporting fields, the gallery and town hall, supermarkets and Gunnedah's Main Street. Other things to note ****Little Miss Chandos is located close to the train line. You will hear a passing train during your stay**** Children are welcome, and a portacot is available on request. Maximum of 6 people on property. Stays longer than 2 weeks will be required to have a linen change and short clean service - to be discussed with the guest. ****As the home is not always occupied, there is one security camera located on the front porch outside the home.
