The apartment is located in the heart of Torremolinos. 300 meters from Plaza Costa del Sol, 800 meters from the nearest beach and 800 meters from the C1 train station (Málaga-Fuengirola) The M110 bus stop (Torremolinos-Malaga/Malaga-Torremolinos) less than 50 metres away. It has all the super markets such as Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona... just about 5 minutes away. The space The building has 4 elevators and 2 swimming pools. Other things to note PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BOOKING!! In accordance with current Spanish legislation, and similar to the procedure followed by all hotels, hosts are legally required to collect and submit the identification data of all guests to the authorities (National Police/Civil Guard). It is essential that you send us the complete information (ID or Passport, Address, phone number, Email, etc.) for all guests via chat immediately after your reservation is confirmed. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: We cannot authorize entry or key handover to any guest who does not comply with this mandatory legal requirement beforehand. If you are traveling with other people or are making the reservation for guests other than yourself, it is mandatory that you send the identification information (ID/Passport) for all individuals and ensure the reservation accurately reflects the correct number of people. ⏰ CHECK-IN WINDOW (5 PM to 11 PM): The time slot for in-person reception and key handover is from 17:00h (5 PM) to 23:00h (11 PM).
