Country House in Coeur du Perche Renovated with care and well-equipped, the Presbytère de la Poterie welcomes you, for a weekend in the heart of a quiet and bucolic village of Le Perche. This country house offers large communal spaces: living room, kitchen with table d 'hôte and projection lounge. The sleeping areas include 3 bedrooms with double beds (140/160/180) and a children's room with 3 single beds. ⚠️ Please note: the house has only one toilet located on the ground floor. The space The House Common spaces Kitchen/Dining Room: Large farmhouse table for your convivial meals. Filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, induction stove and oven. Living room: Sofas and armchairs for a drink, listening to vinyl, reading or playing board games. Wood stove for a cozy atmosphere during cool evenings. Wood available on request, for an additional fee (€30 package), including a basket of wood for 1 to 2 evenings. Please let us know in advance if you want to enjoy it. Screening room: Equipped with a video projector for your movie nights. A bathroom: Our house is very good for families and groups, but if you need more than one bathroom, it's probably not the house for you. Rooms On the ground floor A beautiful bedroom overlooking the church, with a 140x200 bed (one and a half seat/queen size bed) and enough room for a umbrella bed. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs One bedroom with 3 beds of 90x200. -> child bedding cannot be used by an adult Bathroom with bathtub. A large bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a large desk for working. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and space for an umbrella bed. A living room with video projector and large white wall. Outdoor spaces The house has two terraces , one south side equipped with sunbeds and garden chairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun. Another in the north with a large garden table perfect for alfresco lunch, as well as a charcoal grill at your disposal. You will also find a swing in the garden for kids to enjoy! Perfectly equipped We provide linens (sheets, towels, towels) and beds are made upon your arrival. The house has been designed to accommodate families and friends, with high chairs and umbrella bed available upon request. If you plan to bring children, please carefully read the "Other information" section which contains important guidelines for their safety. Our pet friends are welcome, subject to one pet per group of guests and with an additional charge (€20) covering the cleaning protocol, ensuring that the premises remain hypoallergenic for the next occupants. High-speed WiFi. Books and games for young and old. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (180 m²), garden and laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and freezer). A digital welcome booklet will be sent one week before your trip. Here, you will find all the information you need for your stay in the house and to get the most out of the area. Other things to note As the Presbytery is very close to the church, you will hear the bells ring during the day at 8 a.m., 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. Safety and Liability Notice Our house welcomes children — including our own — but for the safety and comfort of all, please take the following points into account: Swing: Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for children over 10 years of age as it can become unstable. Garden: Depending on the season, some plants may have thorns or prickly leaves. Upstairs flooring: The floor is made of raw wood — we recommend that children wear socks or slippers. The children's room is equipped with a white carpet, which requires a little care to stay beautiful. If this seems too restrictive, perhaps our house is not the best suited for you to spend a weekend in peace. Window handles: In the upstairs bedrooms, the window handles are low. Make sure children do not open them unattended. Coffee tables: Our two coffee tables have glass tops. If a child jumps or falls on it, there is a risk of injury — use with care. Felt pens, markers and colored pencils: Their use must be supervised to avoid any damage to the walls or wallpaper. Wood-burning stove: The stove becomes very hot when in operation. Make sure children do not touch it and keep a safe distance. Stairs: Stairs are not equipped with a barrier to prevent children from using them alone; they must therefore be monitored at all times. General supervision: Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety of children and any damage caused during the stay.
