Welcome to our cabin! It is a well-equipped cottage, with good standard and new furniture. The spacious layout and large patio, in the middle of amazing nature, creates the framework for a pleasant cabin stay. The cabin consists of a spacious hallway, two bedrooms, loft with sleeping places, bathroom and living room/kitchen. The annex consists of a large room with sofa and sleeping places. In the cabin with annex there are four different sleeping places, with a total of 10 accommodation places in summer. In winter, a maximum of 8 is recommended. The space The cabin is beautifully located in scenic surroundings on Havrefjell, about 400 meters above sea level. Large and sheltered plot of 2.5 acres. Here you can really find peace of mind. Large terrace with practical bench with table. Small terrace under roof with sofa and 2 large rattan chairs. Many great activities in the immediate vicinity for all ages. Swimming in beautiful waters a few meters from the cabin. Hiking in the fields or in the mountains. Lots of fishing waters around Felle which is known for its good fishing. Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Larvik. Guest access Good access to parking for at least 2 cars outside the cabin Other things to note Great mountain cabin, "Furuknausen", located in a cabin area on Havrefjell, about 400 m above sea level. From the cabin you can walk to the top of Havrefjell which is a mountain peak at about 600 meters above sea level. The cabin is located in a beautiful hiking terrain. In the cabin: Bedroom with 150 cm double bed Bedroom with two single beds 90 cm Loft with up to 4 mattresses In the annex: Family bunk bed with 180 cm bed at the bottom. 90 cm upper bunk Sofa bed with room for 2 The beds have sheets for protection. Put your own on top. Bring your own bed linen and towels! The cabin has everything you need of soaps, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels etc. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, stick and hand mixer, food processor and various utensils for food preparation. In the cabinets there are cups and plates for 12. There is a small TV available at the cabin with the three NRK channels. Possible connection via Lightning or HDMI cable. The cabin must be vacuumed and cleaned at the end of the rental. Garbage is to be taken with you. All power must be turned off completely except for heating cables in the bathroom that can be turned down to 15 degrees. Final cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee of NOK 2,000. Prices for renting the cabin beyond the basic amount may occur during holidays and public holidays. Relevant amounts will be shown when attempting to book via the calendar. In winter, ski slopes are groomed right by the cabin. In addition, there is safe ice on both lakes by the cabin. The rest of the year there is great hiking terrain and several marked trails. The two waters by the cabin offer good swimming opportunities. At the largest lake there is a sandy beach, jetty and barbecue area. In this lake there is also plenty of fish. At Felle there are many good fishing waters that Felle Fiskelag takes good care of. Several of the lakes have a small rowing boat that can be used by buying a fishing license. Campfire and gapahuke at a couple of the nearby lakes. There is a great little convenience store on Felle worth a visit should you miss something. In summer it is open all week from 9 am - 6 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 7 pm on Friday, 9 am - 8 pm on Saturday and 10 am - 8 pm on Sunday. Check opening hours in the winter. Gjerstad and Treungen are the nearest towns where you can take a trip. There are also larger grocery stores here. Treungen has both a couple of museums and shops. Here is also Canvas Telemark known for trail cycling and accommodation on the water in a Yurt. Jettegrytene is also worth a visit if you are here in the summer. Distances: - Gjerstad 25 minutes - Treungen 35 minutes - It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Gautefall where there are alpine facilities, if you come in the winter. - Brokelandsheia, 30 min. Here you will find Den Lille Dyreparken, Pharmacy, Europris, Vinmonopol, and not least the meat counter at SPAR.
