A 32 square meter. It's a 2 bedroom condo unit that can accommodate up to 5 guests. An extra pull out bed will be added for the 5th person. Cable LED TV w/cable Refrigerator, 1 electric burner , electric water heater and some kitchen utensils will be provided (If cooking please make sure to turn on the range hood.) Guest access Since Marina Spatial Building A. is still newly constructed and some other units are still in the interior renovations, please expect that little noise will still be visible during Day time. -Guests can Access the club house ,pool area and Gym for free as long as you make a schedule at the guard in-charge. PLEASE BRING PRINTED COPY OF IDs OF ALL GUESTS .The security guard needs this for building pass during check-in. Check-in is from 3 PM onward only and check-out must be completed by 11 Am. B. Check out at 12 noon (maximum). Our staff is available from 11 AM to 12 PM. Earlier than that, you can also do a self check-out by putting the keys inside the mailbox found at the ground floor. (Personal message me before leaving the unit.) C. Paid parking is subject to availability for PHP 350 daily rate. It is first come, first served so, inform us at the time of booking to confirm this. Please leave the trash inside the door so our staff can bring it down to the garbage area to avoid pests/ unwanted odor. Wash the dishes and put all trash in the covered bins provided. If you want to sample all the hopping nightlife, you’re in for a treat: My unit is downtown within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Please note, however, that this means it can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. If you’re noise sensitive, bring earplugs.” H.
