Located in Beauvezer in the heart of the Haut Verdon Valley at 1150 m altitude, our spacious 140 m² village house can accommodate up to 10 people. Completely renovated, it nevertheless retains its authentic character with its noble materials: solid period parquet, exposed old beams. Harmoniously blending the charm of wood and stone, enjoy the calm, comfort and amenities available in our accommodation to experience pleasant moments, with family or friends The space - Listing description - Our 140 m² village house on 4 levels consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each equipped with a walk-in shower), an office-library area, a large living room-kitchen and a mezzanine TV area with a sofa bed. Remember, a village house means stairs! Safety gates are installed to help keep little ones safe around the stairs. - Accommodation amenities - The house has 4 bedrooms: one bedroom with bunk beds, two bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 bed and one bedroom with a 160 x 200 queen size canopy bed. A sofa bed with mattress adds two extra beds and a baby bed is at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machine, plancha as well as a nice mini-bar in a secure barrel is at your disposal. For breakfast, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker with bean grinder. For the bathrooms, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. A second bathroom with large walk-in shower is located near two of the double bedrooms. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. The house is equipped with a washing machine with dryer functionality and a drying rack is also provided. The accommodation is suitable for families, we provide you with childcare equipment: highchair, children's cutlery, bib and umbrella bed. Access to the stairs is secured by a door as well as safety barriers. A Dehuter brand hiking bag with baby carrier is at your disposal (on request) in the accommodation and will allow you to enjoy the beautiful hikes of the Valley with the little ones. TV, wifi, puzzles, board games, poker case and books are also available. The cellar is at your disposal to store your ski or hiking equipment and access the firewood stock for the stove. An electric lifting winch and a log bag are available to facilitate the ascent of wood. - What to expect when you come to us - A village house with stairs, stairs and a few more stairs!
