Sledding or Ice Fishing Paradise!! Rustic, cozy, cabin style studio suite! This place is great for a couples get away or retreat! 1 King size bed and 1 hide a bed. Also great for a couple people looking to sled or to ice fish in the winter!! This unit is available to Rent from October 1st til May 31st every year and is available as an add on to the upstairs unit from June 1st to September 31st! Enjoy a break from busy life to get away and enjoy all the winter activities on our lake!! The space If you love sledding, ice fishing, skating, or your just looking for a romantic get away... this is the place for you!! Our property is fully renovated, only 15 minutes from Camrose, 45 mins from Stettler, an hour and a half from Edmonton, and designed for the ultimate in rest and relaxation. Our rustic studio suite has 1 King size bed with an additional hide a bed. There is a large deck over looking the lake. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and our home is cleaned top to bottom with a Rainbow SRX cleaning system. You can be rest assured that everything is stripped and thoroughly cleaned between each stay! in the winter rent one of our Battle River Reelers Ice Shacks for the day, over night or even just head onto the ice yourself to take in all the action of ice fishing. We also rent tents and all fishing gear as well if you like. The lake is excellent for sledding and you can come right off the lake right up to the house with your sleds!! The studio suite has an open concept Queen size bed and our couch pulls out into a double bed that easily sleeps 1-2 people. Wake up to the incredible view of our lake right out the large windows. The perfect way to start any morning. Our open and cozy floor plan has a table for 4, 2 couches to comfortably sit 4 around the electric fireplace and big screen TV.. We also have a desk overlooking the lake to be able to work in tranquility and peace. The front yard has and has ample parking with extra long room in the driveway, perfect for extra vehicles, boats, sleds, trailers etc. Please inquire to host for questions or more details. In the summer months the studio is offered as an add on tonthe main floor! Guest access Your unit is on the bottom floor and is a private unit with a large covered deck with access to the back yard. You have access to the backyard including dock, beach, firepit area and lake access. If sledding, skating or ice fishing you can walk or ride right onto the ice! The upstairs is also listed on Air BnB, each unit is private with no stairways connecting the 2 units, decks are fully private. On times where both units are rented then use of the back yard may be shared. We do not rent out the studio during summer months except for an add on but both are rented during winter months. Small cabin is also available to rent if more space is needed. Owners do not live on site. Other things to note This is a sledding / fishing paradise in the winter!! We have several items you can rent. In the summer rent our kayaks, canoe or 4 person peddle boat , In the winter we have ice fishing gear, tents and packages that give you everything you need for ice fishing! Also Battle River Reelers Ice Shack Rentals are available to rent for day use or overnight! Please be advised that our property is private and in the middle of a bird sanctuary, and we have lots of wildlife in the area including beavers, muskrats, moose, deer and more. Please respect our birds and wildlife as well as our neighbours. There is a fresh water spring within walking distance, walking paths and trails in the area and lots of water activities with a boat launch on the lake about a mile away.
