Perfect for families and groups of friends, our property has: capacity for up to 15 people in 3 spacious rooms. Enjoy a swimming pool with a beach area, jacuzzi, BBQ, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, living room, a large corridor and lush green areas. Ideal for families. The space Parking space for up to 7 cars. (No large buses) Do not enter the vehicles to the green area and/or platforms of the house, for this the parking space in material has been delimited. Wi-Fi Internet connection Come and discover everything our farm in Sopetrán, Antioquia, has to offer! Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the first level of the property. Make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities we offer. Please refrain from going to the second level. Other things to note For everyone's well-being, we kindly ask that pets not enter the pool, as hair can affect the operation of the motor. For your comfort, we recommend bringing your own bed and food container. For safety reasons, access to the second floor is restricted. The water we use comes from the local aqueduct and is safe to drink, however, for peace of mind, especially if you are traveling with young children, you can bring bottled water. We have a treated water reserve tank. We are in a fairly warm climate so the Jacuzzi and the property do not have hot water. We provide hand soap, shower gel and toilet paper, but we suggest you bring your own personal hygiene products, such as shampoo, toothpaste and body towels. Before booking, it's important to keep a few details in mind. Number of Guests and Pets: The maximum capacity is 15 people and 2 pets.
