The space This carefully designed accommodation embraces the ocean and beachside lifestyle, offering an unbeatable location just moments from the beach, cafés, restaurants, bars, and supermarket—whether by foot or a short drive. This stylish one-bedroom retreat has been thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind. Upon entry, you’ll find a spacious bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a combined laundry. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed along with cupboard and hanging space. The open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are light-filled and welcoming, all showcasing stunning ocean views. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy uninterrupted coastal vistas stretching across Rottnest, Garden, and Carnac Islands, along with refreshing sea breezes. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset with a glass of wine or a cold beer. For indoor relaxation, the smart TV includes access to streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, and a small laptop/desk workspace is available for those needing to work remotely. An EV charging station and Tesla Supercharger are conveniently located within five minutes of the property. Guest access Guests are able to access the whole unit for their private use. Our home is adjacent, but your accommodation is entirely private and with separate entry. Other things to note Our property is visited in the summer months by the Fremantle Doctor. The Doctor is the cooling sea breeze that blows from the South-West. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, but we recommend enjoying the Freo Doctor by opening the rear door and the balcony sliding door and letting the Doctor cool the unit down. We provide some basic breakfast provisions for your first morning and some other treats/snacks to enjoy during your stay. Strictly no parties will be tolerated and quiet time applies from 10pm - 7am. This is a no smoking premise and no animals are allowed. Please assist us by recycling plastic and glass bottles/cans by placing them in the bin provided in the kitchen and also near the stairs.
