Cozy property with capacity to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Our Home is located at the entrance of the city, in the neighborhood of Vila Colonial. it's less than 1 km from the famous historical center and Praia do Pontal. The space Our house has two floors, the bedrooms are on the second floor. one of which is a double bedroom and the other is shared with a triliche. Both bedrooms have a home office desk, air conditioning and the bedroom has a television. Between the bedrooms is a complete bathroom with a hot shower. On the ground floor there is the living room at the entrance with an open kitchen with a large counter for meals. Still on the ground floor, combined with the kitchen, there is an outdoor room and further in the backyard, a gourmet area with barbecue, table and benches. Guest access All the property areas are available for access. Yard with garden and terrace, and a big shower (with water straight from the waterfall. Other things to note Near the property there are markets, bakeries, pharmacy 24hrs, restaurants, convenience stores and a wash home Public transportation point/ Bus Stop to all beaches and waterfalls of the city is one block away from our property (3 minutes walking)
