Welcome to The Banker's Butler's retreat! Nestled in the heart of downtown Bartlesville, this charming apartment is located on the first floor of a detached garage, originally built in 1920. Once the quarters for the president of a bank's butler, this unique space has been completely remodeled to blend historic charm and modern comfort. Enjoy the convenience of downtown living with a touch of history in this cozy, updated retreat. Perfect for a getaway or a business trip! Guest access Access to the property is from 8th street. You can park anywhere under the carport. The entire driveway leading to the two garage doors is yours to use. If you enter your code into the keypad three times in a row the lock will flash and error out. You will have to wait at least 30 seconds to try again. If you continue to have access issues, don't hesitate to message us and we should be able to unlock remotely. Other things to note The space is 200 sq feet on the main level and 209 sq ft in the loft with low head clearance. The first floor is very comparable to a hotel room, which has no kitchen. Most interactions will be with the co-host James. If you need more than one towel per person, please let us know so we can try to accommodate.
