The space Our guests tell us our Mid Century Modern stylish studio is cozy and peaceful and its located a block walk to town! We are down a dirt lane that goes to the Housatonic River. Our property runs along the river. We have an island! Looking out the rear picture windows of the studio, and the island "Chittenden" is to the left in the Housatonic River. The studio apartment is located above the 2 car garage and separate from our home. A flagstone walk way leads you the way to your private entrance and patio which looks out to the fields.
