The upstairs attic space (1.5m in height) provides a cozy sleeping area for 2 people (floor mattresses). The private living area downstairs, with a sofa bed for the third guest is perfect for relaxation and gathering. Excellent location with convenient transportation to bus and Luas stop; just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, a 9-minute walk to the Luas, and a 10-minute walk to O’Connell Street. The space We provide shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body wash, a hair dryer and one-off essentials, ensuring you can travel light. The shower offers 24-hour hot water, so you can unwind and refresh anytime after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, and cutlery, as well as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper, perfect for preparing your favorite meals or just enjoying a warm cup of coffee to start the day. Important Information: The upstairs sleeping area is a loft-style space with a height of 1.5 meters, so standing upright isn't possible. It is accessed via stairs from the sitting room.
