Apartment 113

The apartment has one bedroom and a sofacama (sea bed type) Our apartments are located 500 meters to the beach and only 300 meters to the beginning of downtown. It is a very quiet and quiet area, ideal for lounging 🧡 We DO not welcome pets They have equipped kitchen, alarm with 24-hour monitoring, TV, free WIFI, garden and grill. We do not rent to groups of young/teenagers and parties are not allowed. The space - The apartment is located on Paseo 113 between 6 and 7. Below are some services that we find important and are located near our apartments. - Supermarket disco: Boulevard and 112 or Avenida 3 and Paseo 111 - Pharmacy: Paseo 113 and Avenida 3 (3 blocks from the apartment) - Bakery: Boulevard and Paseo 113 Guest access One thing to note is that if you come by vehicle, you can park it at the apartment entrance. Other things to note - There is a check-in time but it is flexible. If the apartment is available at a time other than the one listed, you can enter without any problem. The same goes for check-out. Our goal is to make the most of our apartment and our seaside city 🧡
