This home is a brand new build a year old and a very special part of me. Your home way from home is perfect for families, friend groups, and many more. This location is a 15 min drive to downtown San Antonio and a 10 min drive to the local shopping center. Upon arrival, you'll receive a personalized code to access the front door, which means you can check in at your own convenience. Guests can also take advantage of the washer and dryer located in the house with complementary laundry soap. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare your favorite meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and a Keurig maker with coffee pods and a dishwasher. The kitchen has utensils, cooking spices and glass dishes. The 3 bedrooms come with bedding, ensuring you get a good night's sleep. Upstairs you can find three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owners suit has 1 king size bed,bathroom and a smart TV. The second room has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have ample storage space for your clothes and personal belongings. *** Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. Excessive mess or failure to follow house rules will result in additional cleaning fees or penalty charges. ***long term rentals will have a starter kit of toiletries that are included such as laundry soap and toliet paper, due to cleaning crew not being able to restock through the long term stay. SAFTEY * Not responsible for any injury or accidents that occur on or in the property. * The home is not suitable for infants and are not liable if issues arise due to the space not being infant-friendly. Please remember this is a house that is loved and cared for! Please follow the house guide book that is located in the kitchen with house rules and check out instructions. Guest access Guests will have access to everything in the house with the exception of the maintenance closet and the garage if this is not followed it will result in a $50 fee. Other things to note *** We provide all guests with a starter supply of toiletries (laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.). For longer stays, we place additional supplies at check-in for your convenience. Ongoing restocking is not provided during the stay. For extended stays, optional additional cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
