Other things to note House Rules and Important Information: 1. It is Mandatory to show your ID (Aadhar/ Driving license / Voter ID / PP ) 2. Swimming Pool Usage: Entry to the pool shall be restricted to persons without proper swimsuit. 3. Check-In and Check-Out: 2 p.m. and 11 a.m. 4. Cook Services: We have an in-house cook and provide food at an extra cost. 5. Smoking: Smoking is allowed in the villa. 6. Check-out can be extended based on availability and per hour charges will apply. 7. Late check-out for more than 30 mins will have additional charges on per hour basis. 8. Visiting or extra guests, including drivers and house helps, will be charged extra. 9. Be careful with in-house items. You break it, you buy it. 10. Be careful with your belongings, management is not responsible if lost. 11. Driver-accommodation and food is NOT provided onsite as a standard.
