On the first floor, you’ll find: • 1 private bathroom • A relaxing living area with a TV equipped with Netflix • A comfortable sofa bed complete with blankets • A dining table with 4 chairs • Water dispenser • Game card and jengga • A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, rice cooker, cooking utensils, and dining ware • Microwave and refrigerator • 4 towels provided for guests’ convenience The mezzanine level (second floor) features: • Two bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests • 1 air conditioner to keep the space cool and comfortable Additional amenities include: • 4 towels provided • Mosquito repellent • First aid kit • Fire extinguisher • Flashlight • Umbrellas • 4 hangers • 2 doormates • Soap and shampoo Ideal for families or small groups, Woodpecker Tiny Home offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Guest access The unit you may use is one unit as per your booking, with access using the entry code sent by the admin. Other things to note Please be advised that quiet hours start at 8:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to always double-lock their vehicle and unit. Management shall not be held responsible for any loss.
