The villa is composed of 3 modules within a garden, with 3 bedrooms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen open to the living room as well as on a large terrace facing the pool and the lagoon, as well as a laundry room. Space n ° 1: The fully equipped kitchen is open to the large living room, relaxation area with sofa, TV, WIFI and view of the lagoon. Large bay windows open onto the Terrace, which consists of an outdoor lounge, a dining table for 8 people, and sun loungers. Just after the large swimming pool, a small private gate gives you access to the lagoon. An outdoor shower and kayaks are also available. (2 kayak 2 places). Our team takes extra precautions to make our tenants more serene upon their arrival. Our maintenance team protects themselves with gloves and masks while cleaning the accommodation. -All the rooms in the accommodation are ventilated for several hours between rentals. -We use a high temperature dry steam engine (120 degrees) specially designed to disinfect all surfaces and purify the air, it is also fungicides and bactericides. -Rugs, pillows, mattresses and curtains will also be disinfected with this steam engine between each rental. -Bed and bathroom linen is washed at high temperature. -Cleaning equipment and thoroughly washed after each use. -We provide our tenants with hand soaps and a multi-surface disinfectant, as well as maintenance products if necessary.
