The space If you are looking for space, peace & quiet! Look no further we can assure you. The first floor/ basement offers a wet bar with a full-size fridge, full bathroom, two pull out couches, arcade game and TV, perfect area for the kids to get away. The main floor offers the kitchen and master bedroom with private access to the balcony. There is a Blackstone propane grill for use and plenty of seating to enjoy the lake views. Fireplace and oversized TV to enjoy your favorite evening movies or sports while enjoying a beautiful view of the lake and the action at the largest part of the lake by the southern dam. Third floor offers a private balcony with a view of the lake like no other around off a bedroom. Along with two other bedrooms, full bathroom and the laundry room. The property is flat and large with space for the kids to run around and plenty of privacy between the neighbors (please respect others property’s and don’t go on other docks). The lake frontage offers a spacious amount of room for floating and swimming without any worries of boating traffic. This allows for the most peaceful time you can have with complete safety. Located deep into a cove that allows for almost no traffic. There is a ladder that allows easy access into the water. There is NO DIVING ALLOWED off the dock anywhere. The water depth is around 5ft average. Still great for wading. The back yard offers a wood burning firepit (there will be firewood. Donations are appreciated. Our kids keep the wood stocked) and plenty of chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the lake view or the sunrise or sunset with your loved ones or alone in peace. There is also a basketball hoop to enjoy (there is a ball but please bring just in case). There is a large driveway with plenty of parking. There are cameras on the property but only on the outside. Please no street parking over night. Partnership with local Boat Rental Company and can have a boat delivered into the slip waiting upon your arrival and will pick up upon departure! Please inquire with any question and or details needed to help enhance your stay! There is a kayak for use! Guest access As a guest you have full access to everything except the Boats and sea doo's at the boathouse. Both sheds have no access. The master bedroom closet and the end of hall closet on the third floor will be locked and we ask that you please leave those be. Please do not remove the covers of the sea doo's or boat. PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB ON BOATS, THE LIFTS CANNOT SUPORT THE WEIGHT. Thank you. Other things to note You would be given both owners phone number for any issues. You can request that we be present when you check in for any questions or a walk through and we would be happy to assist in anyway. We will be available through phone, text or email. whichever you prefer. Please no drugs of any kind. Please no glass by the water.
