The space The property covers a total of 800 square meters, featuring a ground floor and a half-basement. On the ground floor, there are seven rooms divided into left and right sides upon entering through the main entrance. The left side has three rooms occupied by the owner, while the right side consists of a big bedroom, a suite, a living room and a half washroom for Airbnb. The suite include two bedrooms, one washroom, and a simple dining area. From the staircase, descend to the basement where you'll find a treadmill, dumbbells, table tennis table, snooker table, chess set, mahjong, and a small indoor baseball field. Enjoy various fun fitness activities to relax during your stay. Step outside from the main entrance, and you'll have access to 12 acres of forest with woodland trails for guests to explore and enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to the following spaces: From the main entrance, go up half a flight of stairs and turn right into the hallway. At the end of the hallway, there are four doors. One leads to a half bathroom, another to a living room, the third to a guest room, and the fourth to a suite. The suite includes a simple dining area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. During your stay Guests can contact the host anytime via Airbnb, or by sending a text message or calling directly. Other things to note Since this Airbnb uses a portion of the owner's residence for guest accommodation, guests share the main entrance with the host. Guests must follow these rules: upon entering, please change into slippers. After entering, go upstairs and turn right in the hallway to access the four doors of the Airbnb area.
