Spacious open plan with high beamed ceiling with an excellently equipped kitchen with fireplace and large seating area. This leads out onto a patio area, with seating and stunning views overlooking the hills. There is another private seating area with table and chairs. Private tennis court (rackets and balls available). Walk over to Biggin Hall Hotel for excellent food and drinks. Swallows Barn has accommodation all on 2 levels - 1 bedroom and ensuite downstairs and the 2nd bedroom and bathrooom upstairs. Fully equipped with Wifi , Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric wood-burning stove, Smart TV and Bluetooth Speaker. Large selection of board games, jigsaws and walking guides. Both bedrooms have super-king size bed with goose-down duvet, feather pillows & 100% cotton linen. Non-feather duvet and pillows available on request. The ground floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, shower, double sink, underfloor heating & loo. The upstairs bedroom has a bathroom with shower, sink, underfloor heating and loo. Soft white fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries and slippers. Walk directly from your back door to historic village of Hartington, the River Dove and beyond.
