You will have your own entrance, fenced yard with pin pad key. Lay in a hammock, or siesta by the lake, very peaceful any time of year. There are 2 bedrooms and pull out mattress. We are pet friendly but there is pet fee :) Code for lock box given for key upon arrival. *please note - the hot tub has had a problem and is not in use* The space Above ground - your space is fully sound insulated. It is located under the owners suite but completely separate and quiet. The rental is 2 bedrooms, and there is a 3rd bedroom / a single bed that is shared with the laundry machine. We also have a pull out mattress that is queen size and another single that can be put on floor. ( see pictures ) If you need a larger ANOTHER bedroom - there is a chalet that can be rented separately. This little chalet has amenities but it is a separate out building with no bathroom or kitchen. It is just a room with a bed. Please enquire if you need extra space. Your yard space is .5 acres fully fenced and only accessible by the renter. Owner cannot access space. Gates must be shut at all times to ensure no wild life enters the space. Many deer/ and Bears in area. ( especially for your pets! ) Garbage must be put in secure bins at all times. There is another bin for cans or bottles. The hot tub is beside your entrance and no one else uses it but you. ** AS OF NOVEMBER 2025 the hot tub is waiting to be fixed. ** It will be fixed soon. Guest access Guests will enter by a gate. There is a welcome sign by flag and a large metal gate with a metal welcome sign on it. This leads you to a path to front glass door. A code will be given for a keypad to access a key to enter with. No interaction needed to enter. Easy! Completely private. Other things to note Pet must be approved prior to stay. Gated and secure area but pets must not be left unattended in yard. There is a pet fee/ deposit. There is a Cuisinart Air Fryer and Convectional Counter Oven and an Induction Cookstop as well. Full meals can be made inside and there is a large newer style BBQ outside as well. There is a propane fireplace to use in the evenings. One propane bottle is filled for you for your stay but once it’s gone, refills can be made at the corner store not far from the property.
