Cactus Corner – a cozy casita in Mulegé’s riverfront community Huerta Don Chano’s orchard, surrounded by mango trees and with a new shared pool! Just 15 minutes from Bahía Concepción beaches, this casita offers Starlink Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, private patio, on-site dining, and kayaking on the nearby river. Savor meals at the on-site river-view restaurant, or take a short five-minute walk to a charming taco stand with its own river views, a bar, and relaxing palm-tree ambience. Walk to town! The space Welcome to the Cactus Corner Casita—a bright, cozy studio tucked inside Huerta Don Chano’s RV Park, where travelers from around the world come to stay. Just four easy steps lead to your private space, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Night guard on duty parking within feet of the Casita in a very secured and quiet park. Inside, the open layout includes a queen size bed, futon, bistro table and chairs, air conditioning, heat, full kitchen and bathroom and TV—all in one inviting tiny house with tall ceilings and plenty of natural light. A beautiful wall mural inspired by the mission in Mulege adds a unique local touch. The suite comes with a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with new cookware, a blender, coffee pot, silverware, spices, olive oil, and a starter supply of coffee. For year-round comfort, you’ll enjoy a powerful mini split system for both A/C and heat. Step outside to your own private patio—perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing afternoon. This unit does have a futon, but in order to use the futon bed I will need to help. I didn’t list it as a sofa bed because the frame doesn’t function properly. If you intend to use it, just let me know, and please keep that in mind when I have to come over to help you with it. The swimming pool is a public pool and is next to the river view restaurant. The Private casita/suite is located inside a riverfront RV park. You have your own space plus access to the shared pool and river amenities. Other things to note No smoking on the premises. Free parking is available next to the casita and in the front yard, just steps away. The area is secure, with a night guard on duty to ensure your safety. Please Note: Mulegé can experience occasional power outages, especially during the hot summer months. While the casita is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, there is no backup generator on the property. We recommend planning accordingly and being prepared for brief periods without power. Your understanding is appreciated! Private casita/suite located inside a riverfront RV park.
