MOTS View is the idyllic getaway overlooking the Snowy River and Bass Strait. Relax on the deck while watching the diverse native birdlife and the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. If you are lucky enough, you may also spot a whale on its annual migration during the Winter months. Explore the walking tracks and the estuaries to experience the beauty of the Snowy River or take the short drive to Cape Conran where you will find the spectacular scenery around Salmon Rocks. The space Split over three levels, the home offers a large and inviting living area together with a spacious kitchen and dining area that allows you to relax and enjoy the stunning views. On the second level there are two Queen size bedrooms, the bathroom and separate toilet. With the third bedroom, ideal for the kids, on the lower level. There is a BBQ in the backyard, and plenty of off-street parking at the front for your car and boat. There is also the local Marlo Hotel with its old-world charm and stunning views over the river, not to mention a delicious selection of pub meals. MOTS View is the perfect place to relax and unwind on your next holiday. Our home can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom split over three levels. Guest access The whole house is available, except the garage. Other things to note • The property has stairs. • Garage is NOT available for use; however, plenty of off-street parking. • Linen and bath towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels) • Nespresso coffee machine available (bring your favourite “original” Nespresso pods. • This property is non-smoking. • No pets are allowed. • No parties or events.
